Love & Kleptomania is a 10 minute undergraduate student film that tells the unique story of Felix, a 25-year old Kleptomaniac who meets the girl of his dreams, Marissa, a Kleptomaniac like himself at a support group. Desperate to woo her, he crashes a party where his addiction to stealing, the Neighborhood watch comprised of overzealous elderly women and Marissa’s dysfunctional relationship all stand in his way in a night that will change both of their lives forever.

Claude, who is accompanying his son to the party comes to the rescue but is shocked to find her family cold and insincere. What seems like an event that should bring Liana’s family and Claude together turns into an awkward, sour cultural clash.
